Originally founded in 1988, Georgia Pacific Realty operated as a residential, commercial and  real estate development company.  In later the years, Georgia Pacific Realty restructured itself with the managing broker becoming Georgia Pacific Realty's Principal. 

The Company's depth of expertise is well rounded, from residential to commercial real estate services, including business brokerage services in mergers, acquisitions & divestitures.

Georgia Pacific Realty has been involved in land acquisition to subsequent land development with various industry construction, building & design organizations.  It has acted as chief negotiator in construction & building  agreements, joint venture arrangements and business mergers, acquisitions & divestitures agreements.

In addition to residential real estate services, Georgia Pacific Realty is a member of the local IC&I Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, as well as having it's national IC&I membership with it's national counterpart.
